Description of resource: Visiting Nurse Hospice is an affiliate of VNA of Middlesex-East. Our hospice services are provided in both home and transitional sites in 28 communities north and northwest of Boston. A team of professionals including the patient’s physician, nurses, social worker, home health aides, and spiritual and bereavement counselor work together to make a patient’s remaining days comfortable and meaningful.
