Cranberry Hospice

Description of resource: Serving a 12-town area, the Cranberry Hospice hospice team includes certified hospice nurses, social workers, home health aids, volunteers, chaplain and medical director. Our hospice team members are also experts in symptom management and pain control. Our bereavement support groups are highly regarded and draw participation from a much larger geographic service area.
