Description of resource: Hospice Life Care recognizes that the dying process is a natural part of living and focuses on enhancing the quality of remaining life when cure is no longer available or desired. Our Interdisciplinary team recognizes that a peaceful and comfortable death is individualized for each patient. Hospice’s holistic approach addresses physical, social, spiritual and emotional needs of the patients and their families while respecting their wishes during this journey and during the bereavement period. Hospice Life Care serves patients and families, wherever they call home, throughout Hampden and Hampshire counties.
