Hospice of Franklin County, Inc

Description of resource: Hospice of Franklin County offers a full complement of hospice services for compassionate end of life care, as well as adult palliative care consultations for individuals living with distressing symptoms who may not be eligible for hospice or who choose not to enlist hospice services. Our pediatric palliative care services are available for children living with life-limiting illness and their family members. Programs also include extended bereavement services to assist loved ones through the grieving process both during hospice and following loss of a loved one.
