Cooley Dickinson VNA & Hospice

Description of resource: Cooley Dickinson VNA & Hospice provides care for terminally-ill patients and families, primarily in the home setting. The goal is to improve each patient’s quality of living during his or her final stage of life. The hospice program offers a medically-supervised, nurse-coordinated team of professionals, paraprofessionals, and volunteers who provide physical, psychological, social and spiritual comfort throughout the illness and the bereavement experience.
