Compassionate Care Hospice of MA

Description of resource: Compassionate Care Hospice strives to combine a strong clinical excellence with a holistic approach to end of life care. Our team is honored to assist in the care of patients with life limiting illnesses and provide support to their loved ones. Our goal is to help patients find inner peace through physical, psychosocial and spiritual comfort for the duration of their illness. Our Veteran's Program connects patients who have served in all branches of the military with our Veteran Liaisons who provide special support and comfort. Our nurses, social workers, chaplains, aides and volunteers all work together to provide the highest level of care and support for patients and their loved ones - no matter where they live - at home, in a nursing home or assisted living facility. Our Clinical liaison team is available to speak with patients or supporting loved ones seven days a week. Our goal is to continue to educate patients and families about the benefits of special care at the end of an illness.
