JFS of Metrowest

Description of resource: We know caring for a loved one at the end of life can be overwhelming and making the right decisions can be difficult. Care needs are often complex. Allies in Aging (a part of JFS of Metrowest, a non-profit multi-service organization) provides comprehensive Care Management services in Metrowest . Allies in Aging is staffed by social workers and nurses, many with certifications in care management, dementia, pastoral counseling and end of life care. JFS works with local home care agencies, assisted living facilities, nursing homes and community service providers to ensure that patients and their families can access the best services possible based on their needs, preferences and finances. JFS has relationships with Boston area research centers, teaching hospitals and experienced physicians to insure that you get the care you need.
