Description of resource: Part of Salter HealthCare, Woburn Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, the original Salter HealthCare location, has 140 beds and is a dynamic facility that has responded to health care reform head-on. Innovative changes in response to consumer and industry demands are a hallmark of the Woburn Nursing Center, which was the first Joint Commission accredited post acute unit in Massachusetts and 5th in the nation.
