Description of resource: A member of the Diocesan Health Facilities group, Catholic Memorial Home is a skilled nursing center located in the city of Fall River, in Bristol County, Massachusetts. Our facility was originally administered and staffed by the Carmelite Sisters for the Aged and Infirm. Today, we carry on this rich tradition of compassionate care by providing 289 adult men and women with comprehensive health services.

From skilled nursing and rehab programs to specialized Alzheimer’s, pain management and palliative care, our team is dedicated to helping the residents at Catholic Memorial Home maintain the best quality of life. In keeping with our philosophy, we offer a holistic approach to total wellness that goes beyond meeting physical and emotional needs to nurturing spirituality. To meet the needs of the Portuguese community we offer bi-lingual staff members, religious services spoken in Portuguese, and cultural activities.
