Description of resource: The Pediatric Advanced Care Team (PACT) is a pediatric palliative care consult service with members from Children’s Hospital, Boston and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. Our goals are to assist the primary health care team, families and children with any type of advanced illness. We support treatment of the underlying illness and at the same time strive for optimal quality of life.
