Description of resource: Hebrew SeniorLife Hospice Care, part of Hebrew SeniorLife’s continuum of care, is founded on a rich, century-long tradition of providing quality care for seniors in the Greater Boston community. Our multidisciplinary team works with patients and families to maintain the dignity, comfort and spiritual wellbeing of seniors and to empower them and their families to make well-informed decisions as they move through the end-of-life experience.
