Partners Home Care

Description of resource: Partners provides comprehensive medical, psychosocial and spiritual care to adult and pediatric patients with terminal illness who reside in Boston and its suburbs. Bereavement services, including grief counseling, support groups and memorial services, are available to families for 13 months following the death of an adult patient and three years following the death of an infant, child or teen.
