Description of resource: Boston-area home or assisted living consultation by physicians nationally recognized as experts in Palliative Care. Palliative Care Associates, P.C. provides care for people with any life-limiting illness and their loved ones. We provide emotional support, assistance with difficult decision-making, advocacy, and communication with treating physicians. We work with your treating physicians to ensure the best possible quality of life for you and your loved ones. We can help with any life-limiting illness: cancer, Alzheimer’s, advanced cardiac, lung, or kidney disease, AIDS, ALS (Lou Gehrig’s disease,) cirrhosis, or just plain advanced old age. Most services are not covered by insurance.
